Little effort by business generates raving customers

This story is about an Accounting firm who wanted to be seen as professional and unique.

It wanted to be known as being proactive with their clients, and as an expert who continually helped their clients develop their businesses. The end result was that the firm was known as well informed, caring leaders in the market, and their clients stayed with them longer and bought more off them as a result of the increased information and value given to them.

So what did they do with IntoResults?

  • Regular Newsletters to their contacts and these newsletters covered some informative business tips; kept their clients and prospects up to date on the trends relevant to them in the market and latest legislations; introduced them to how some clients had used one of their services and the value they got from it

  • e-cards to their clients on their birthday (one client was ecstatic as this accountant was the only person that had remembered his birthday)
  • Regular Customer Feedback Surveys to ensure they kept their service level at a peak

This accountant has a retention rate well above his peers and never has to worry about getting new clients as his existing clients are his raving fans. He also has a constant flow of new clients knocking on his door every week to feed his team of accountants.
