How automation can save your day

A major key to building a business and saving yourself time is to look at your business communications and see what you can automate.

Automation involves setting it up once and then watching it continually happen with no effort from you. IntoResults has the solution that makes this happen for you easily and efficiently.

Some areas you could automate include:

  • Client birthdays: e-cards can be set up to be automatically sent and a you can even add a gift voucher with the card to make a greater impression on the client. They are an amazingly powerful strategy that always produce positive results. However, last month for my birthday, out of the large number of businesses I regularly buy from, I was surprised to receive only two cards.
  • Regular client reminders: for example, an Accountant could send out BAS 'due date' reminders, or a pool supplier could send out pool tips for each season.
  • Customer feedback surveys: set them to go out quarterly to different groups within your database.
  • Gaining confirmation of the details of everyone on your database
  • New client processes: map out what this will be, write it, set it up and sit back and watch it happen time after time.  For example, I have 12 pieces that go out to my new clients automatically over their first 10 weeks with us.
